Suburban infill development

In Fairfax, High-Density Suburban Renewal
This will likely (hopefully?) happen more and more as the exurban boundaries get further out and some people get a little skittish about being so far away from the city. It also shows the power of the almighty dollar and how difficult it is to get anything substantial done. (This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but many times projects get killed from paralysis by analysis.)
